Payment for Drop-ins and Walks are due 1 day after services are complete. Overnights are due 1 week prior to the first date of service.

If payment is not made within 2 days after the due date, a one-time 5% late fee will be applied to the total invoice.

Payment for Overnight services are due 1 week prior to the start date of service to finalize booking. If cancellation occurs:

>7 days prior | 100% refund

3-7 days prior | 50% refund

<3 days prior | no refund

Overnight and Daytripper requests made with <72 hours notice will incur a 10% fee to the total invoice.

Drop-ins and Walks requested with <24 hours notice will incur an additional $5 fee for 30 minutes or less and an additional $10 fee for more than 30 minutes.

Rush fees for all packaged deals will be invoiced as they occur.

Clients must disclose all security cameras (outdoors and indoors) to sitter and on Intake form prior to service beginning. Failure to do so can result in immediate termination of service.

We withhold the right to cancel a service should the sitter be made to feel uncomfortable, unsafe and/or are put in harm’s way. If a client is acting/speaking in a way that’s perceived as threatening or harassment, Floof Club reserves the right to immediately remove the sitter from the home without prior notice.
